New Grower Question regarding pollen....

Was wondering, I have a chaze plant there that is pretty much ready.... now I read somewhere that if you leave them to go over term they will throw bananas and try to self pollinate.

What I am wondering is do auto's do this also, and if so, if I leave a couple of nugs after harvest will they throw bananas that I can harvest... I'd love to get some pollen from this strain and cross it back to an original exodus cheese to see what comes of it.

Also if they do then will the said pollen be female ? (like if I had used colloidal silver) ... and then any resulting seeds from pollinating the exodus be feminised ??

if u can get them to throw nanas then i think you are on the right track will keep an eye on this to see how it goes for ya

Thanks dude... I looked this up... apparently it's SOMA's technique and it's called rodelisation or something.

I don't know if I'm going to bother... though I do think this strain could be played back into the cheese.

The reason for my question is I was doing research on the psychosis strain and apparently it's exodus x nl ...

I'm thinking that crossing chaze with exodus will result in super potent weed... it's potent enough as it is... but I keep thinking wouldn't it be awesome if I could make it stronger

you will run the risk of having your buds turn nasty leaving longer... Plus the late nanners is a gamble at best. If you want to make fems try the CS. That way you can time it out, making a female turn male is not always an easy task.

breeding with feminization, can be done ....BUT m/f breeding is much easier, and if your auto breeding then fems are not saving you alot , because you see sex in two weeks anyways...well with some strains anyways...
