For lighting I was thinking of going with 6500k cfl for the vegging and 2700k for flower, they're both 125w but I have seen people use 200w would that be better?
let alone would those lights be good enough?

Also for the nutes, I'm not to informed on adding nutes. Are you supposed to make reservoir with nutes mixed in water and just dip into that to feed your girls over the whole process or do you mix them every day or every other day to feed?

and what is feed/watering schedual anyways for plants?

You have have the color spectrum right but how many lights will you have? If you can find the 200 watters use the ,the more light the better. You can mix your water ahead of time or just when you need it. we need to know your soil type, pot size before we can talk about feeding and watering. In the mean time read some of the sticking post on the forum about nutes and watering to get the basics. We will get back to you when we have that info.

Well I guess I'm gonna have only two, one for vegging and the other for flowering? but I might get two for flowering to see if it will increase my yield? and i plan on using light warrior for seedlings and then FFOF, i've been told that would help. I'm not too sure on what pot size I'll get.

It all depends on how many plants u are going to grow with the light how many plants are u thinking of growing because the more plants the more light u need

The amount of light you will need also depends on the size of the area you are planning on lighting. What size is your area?

Regarding feeding, since you're going to be using FFOF it will have enough nutrients to supply the plants for about 3-4 weeks so in the beginning you will only need pH balanced water. After that you can feed a week nutrient solution with every feeding. How often you feed will depend on how quickly your pots dry out. Weed like to dry out almost completely between waterings so in all likelihood you will be watering/feeding about every 3-4 days.
