Dutch Passion PSC Grows Dutch Passion's AutoDaiquiri Lime and AutoBrooklyn Sunrise in Autopots

Day 51:

Unfortunately I think I found out the cause of the Brooklyn Sunrise deficiencies... root rot. I think it was triggered by the aquavalve being left open for a few days a couple weeks ago since that's when she took the turn for the worse . I flushed out the coco from the top with 500ppm water in case of salt buildups and the runoff STUNK, I was gagging. I added some hydroguard to the flush to maybe fight the rot, and I'm also giving her a couple of days off the autopot res to dry out. I have to leave after that so I may not be able to save her.

At the least my Lime is looking pretty healthy, but has a little tip burn from upping the ppm. I lowered the ppms to about 700. Next time, maybe some airdomes!

Day 52:

Last update before I leave for a week and a half... I'm a bit nervous.

I swapped the Lime and the Sunrise so that the Lime was under most of the HPS. I turned off my LED on the right to give the Sunrise a bit of "rest" with less light. I dropped the Lime feed to 700ppm and the new growth is looking pretty happy- she's drinking vigorously so no root problems on her!

Sunrise:

She probably hasn't been able to drink any nutes the last week... do you guys think she'll pull through with this much yellow? I'm letting her dry out right now but since I'm leaving I'll have to put her on the autopot tomorrow.

I also found some new roots today growing out of the bottom of the Sunrise! Maybe some hope?

Day 64:

They pulled through! The Brooklyn Sunrise in particular has put on a good amount of trichomes and has a pungent smell when rubbing the leaves. They're already all milky so I'm going to chop in about a week with just plain water. The Daiquiri Lime looks like she may go for another 3 weeks.

Daiquiri Lime has some strong roots! I pulled them away from the aquavalve after this pic.

Day 69:

Chopped the Brooklyn Sunrise at about 10% amber today! Her buds smelled very nice, didn't look too bad after a trim. The Lime looks about 2 weeks out and the Dark Devil is 1 week.

Trimmed Brooklyn Sunrise! The buds have a nice fat shape.

Day 72:

The Lime is nicely frosted and the buds have fattened up a decent amount. I think I'll cut her down on day 80. Dark Devil on the right is coming down tomorrow, which is day 69 for her.

How do you train your plants? What's the average yield? They're lovely.

Thanks, it's all LST from weeks 3-7, I try to bend down the taller stems and especially the main stem. My last grow I got 5.5oz average over 3 plants in soil. This one I think I'm getting 2oz off the Brooklyn Sunrise and 4 oz off the Lime and Dark Devil as I'm still getting the hang of coco.

Day 77:

The Lime is coming down in 5-10 days, the flush is starting today. She is looking and smelling great!

I also have some mephisto seedlings started for the next grow in this tent.

Hey!! Beautiful plants here!! Ive been looking for a plant to nominate into the BoM, and I've found a couple...I am kind of torn between the yellow Brooklyn sunrise(how well suited is the colouring to strain name?), or the Daiquiri, but I think overall the daiquiri has a better shot at the contest so Daiquiri it is. Well grown! Once you dial in your setup your are going to have some giganticons!
