just started looking into this shit in my state there tryna ban i think they been raiding bho labs and mad fires.. so how can dispensary sell bho but caregivers cant.. was thinking about doing this and i started doing research and found this so kinda 2nd guessing this for sure

Dispensaries don't make their own BHO. The companies that do are now required to use and explosion chamber, even for processing Critical CO2. HUGE fines for making commercial Wax/Oil of anykind without a license in the legal states

Bho is not for dummies I re peat not for dummies. Its a simple but can be extremely dangerous if simple precautions are not taken I've been making bho for quite sometime. It isn't something that should be done without the basic equipment. The most imp in my opinion being the purge chamber to remove the excess butane. And if u do like me winterize after to remove the left over nastyness

I may be speaking out of class here but in my state (ca) any form of concentrate is not legal for medical use like marijuana is
