Grow Mediums PPM OR EC GUIDE and question

Hello AFN, am doing my first 5 gal dwc grow after I get my new toys set up. I am looking for a EC or ppm guide for what autos can take--like this

week 1--250 ppm
week 2--400 ppm

something along the lines of that. I know there are other factors, strain, indica or sativa, just a guide if anyone can help.

Also for my first grow, I have Buddha seeds purple kush, Budha seeds Magnum, Flash seeds Kush Van Stitch, Dinafem Amnesia. All are autos, and am only using 2 buckets, sooooooooooo Which ones out of the bunch should I start with?? Does anyone have a weekly ec or ppm guide for DWC?

I believe its better to talk in EC because ppm is different from brand to brand!

Important to look at your plants, with young ones you should pay attention not to overfeed!
I believe the first 4 weeks things like root-stimulator and enzymes are actually more important than feeding strong nutes !
So start low and build up slowly !!!

But There are alot of people over that know the drill much better Than I so I will give this one a

What nutz y are you using? Check their web site. Who ever they ae they probably have a guide to go by. Start out low, then if the plants seem to be stagnating up it.
