Update:

Method and formula remains thew same. However, if you can get your hands on a Magical Butter Machine, you can do all this with the press of a button! Its like a bread machine for canna, drop in the ingredients, set time and temperature, wait for the final beep! Its that easy! AND it grinds and stirs the weed in the oil/alcohol. canna thats been saturated with oil, etc grinds without making fine particles, so your oil after filtering is cleaner.

What is your thoughts on using a sous vide machine in lieu of the magig machine butter which is hard find on shelves in EUR?

I was discussing this with @Chester and whether both decarbing and infusion can be done simultaneously, as it is claimed here and there on the intermesh. Vacuum pack the lot, throw the bag in the pool at 95 C/203 F and return with scuba gear, say 8 hours later, to retrieve the loot...........

There is an interesting thread over at skunkpharm research. If you do a patent search, you will find information about using Vitamin B6 to decarb during infusion. You will have to do some calculations based on an estimate of THC content. Too little, and you limit the strength (could be a good thing) and too much will degrade it.
I started using B6 in my tinctures and ointments and it works for me. Best thing since lecithin!

hey 22!, I've got 4 Industrial CBDs this season and plain to oil em up. Are you still high on the magic butter machine? Seems like a good investment, especially for processing quantity

I love my MBM! Without a doubt, the best canna related device I've ever bought. What I love most is consistency, your oil comes out the same everytime! I was on the fence about them, till I was gifted mine. But I'm a believer now!
