New Grower Pollen chuckers , closet breeders.......

I see lots of people throwing pollen around but what are you doing to your spaces in between runs to insure no rouge pollen ?

1) Change prefilter on charcoal filter. Take old prefilter and run that in the sink with some soap and water good for next time to switch.

2) Then I mist everything down with water. I didn't say turn on the hose just a mist to raise up the RH.

3) Turn on all my fans on high except the exhaust filter.

4) Crank all my lights up to Super Lumens and get the temps as high as I can for 30 minutes.

5) Turn my exhaust filter back on.

Nothing worse then opening your mouth about a 100% AF strain and someone gets some seeds from some pollen from a grow or two ago......

I remember when I was building my breeding room. I went on two different sites to ask someone what size a pollen particle really was. No answers. Is that because no one knows or no one wanted to tell me. I finally went to a 5 micron heppa filter to try and keep the pollen from escaping.

If all you knowledgable breeders know the answer why don't you speak up and make life for everyone a little better. I exit the air from my breeding room outside into the air through the 5 micron filter I hope it doesn't find its way into someone elses breeding room.
