I was in the same situation very recently, I was in mid-flower with leaves yellowing/falling off due to a nute mistake I made. Still made it to the finish line though.
Yield was somewhat diminished but I didn't think it would make it til the end, I learned a lesson from it. Hopefully you'll get thru it too. Good luck!✌
