Plants don't smell or get sticky!

My plants were talking to me this morning and telling me their stereo system was sucking. I checked it out and sure enough one of the midrange speakers on the Polk audio is toast. So I got it on my table saw and I am going to replace it for the plants. They also asked if I could get rid of the Mozart. They want Rage Against The Machine cause they are Marijuana advocates. Those damn Jems are so stinking political. It is defenately Wizs fault.
They said if I got them a new CD they would make more resin and get stickier. Damn pushy plants.

as a last resort..not trying to spend your money on a whim...
but...try 1 of those uv20 reptile light bulbs..the added uv light
should increase terp and resin production..
I can't quote where i read it but it stuck in my mind...
I think thats why uv is added to led lights.

I woz guna get a led light for the summer cuz my room woz to hot last year but as I can't seem to get any smokeable bud I didn't know weather it would be wasting my money do you think it would be worth a try? I woz looking at the blackstar 135w UFO with the 3 watt LEDs 6 spectrum my grow space is only about 3-4sq ft will this be enough to cover? My hps is a shitty 150w old thing but it works ok tho.

maybe the hps bulb needs to be replaced.
they weaken over time,about a year is the lifespan,

I got a higher output bulb 17500 lumens about 2 months ago for this plant cuz my old 1 woz going a bit black and it is allot brighter than the old 1. I've been interested in the LEDs lately tho do you think I will get a better resin and smell production of an led cuz they have more of the useable spectrums? I just don't know? I just got home and looked at my baby and it has got a bit more of a smell I Duno weather it's me getting over exited or the new intake is helping well see over the next few days fingers crossed! If anyone has any experience with LEDs and could point me in the right direction with what 1 would suit my room would be much appreciated.

I don't know if this is it. I really don't know if more UV would help with resin or not. I'n one of those old time try it and see types. It sure might help. It just seems the more light plants get of all kinds seems to help with Resin production. My own opinion is that flowering plants need twice the light as they need in veg. Just an opinion.

I'm wondering if you let your plants go long enough. Do you harvest early? The other thing is smoking near plants especially roll your owns. Can spread Tobacco Mosaic Virus which could also be the culprit.

Yea that's what I read i forgot the name I do smoke in a small room and every1 in my house smokes to so ime thinking that's what it could be . I think I left them long enough cuz I woz waiting for the smell to come out but the leafs were all dead so I had to chop it every 1 I've done has been atleast two weeks over what they say on the pack.

Just curious how you are drying/curing . Have seen mj lose smell and potency with improper of both.

I dry them in a box with string across it and a small fan on low pulling the air out with small holes drilled in the side. Wen it's dry but not crisp I put in a jar and open every 6 hours for an hour. I grew the same strain as someone I know and mine woz like stinging nettles and his stank even tho my buds were more compressed and bigger his crystals were 3 times the size of mine but it was spacey you could see through all the buds but I knocked your head off?

hi jeff,

nobody seems to have mentioned your nutrients.. i have just finished a grow using ionic and tbh i dont rate their line.. my plant didnt stink or get as big as my last plants, the only difference(apart from dwc which should make it better) is my nutes.. i have read a few different opinions on ionic, some swear by it for the price, others will never touch it again..
this seems to be the only thing thats been overlooked here??

have you used ionic on all your smell'less grows?
