Hi garden gurus

I have a question.

Usually, im an autoflower grower, but am currently growing out a couple of black sugarfems and a jack herer fem i was given as freebies from seedsman.

They are just showing thier female first white fingers in the last day or two and i am wondering how and when to switch to feeding them bloom ferts. Do i need to wait a couple more weeks? Do i combine a little veg and flower nutes over that time slowly switching to pure bloom? How long etc?

Thanks in advance.

Everyone has their thing when it comes to starting bloom . I use peat and compost and I start using bloom nutes as a boost for flower. Not a lot the first week but I do use it. Most nutrients have their own charts for feeding,. I keep using the high nitrogen till stretch is over myself. Along with the bloom booster. I can water like hydro so its different. What medium you using?

These are in soil, a mix of various boosters like blood and bone, sheep pellets, worm casts, compost and such but im pretty sure the plants have used up most of the riches in the soil and have been giving them veg(local generic brand) suppliments with their water. They are in good health and im wondering when and how to go about the switch to the bloom product (also the same local generic brand) i have for this seasons grow.

Well i would need to see what you're using . I use a simple way I use my regular nutrients all the way through . and add the booster with it. But my nutrients are house and garden hydro flakes. Not high in N. In soil with what u got is great . it shouldn't have used it all up at the start of flower.

@daggersstrain
The veg is NPK of 60:24:100
The bloom is 42:44:118

They have been in the dirt since the start of Dec in 20 ltr tubs.

According to seedsman, the black sugar fems should be flowering for 50-55 days,
The jack for 42-50 days.

Also, are estimated photo flowertimes as unreliable as autoflower estimates?

I dunno if i would use that bloom. That's an awful high

Ok well that's a high dose for bloom. I have personally never used a dose that high in a nute. The possibilities of burning her are pretty good. Here's my bloom booster

Iv been using this product with autos, and they have not shown signs of stress or damage. But of course, they need much less.
I dont want to mention the brand as it is really local to where i am based and i grow stealthy styley! It even has my neighbourhood town ( very small town) on the label.
