Almost looks like it may be ph or a root issue? How's the drainage?

I only have 3 small holes poked in the bottom of the cup and I didn’t add any extra perlite to the soil of the younger plant, I did worry about that so I think you could be right about the root issue. Thanks for taking the time to help.

Do you have any Recharge? Wonering if they have unhappy bound roots?
I am afraid of root issues and things to come.

Haven’t got recharge but got Bactrex which I think has some of the same sort of stuff in, maybe not as complete a package as recharge is. Might add some of that next feed… certainly couldn’t make them look any worse lol. Thanks for the advice, really appreciate it.

Ya, i dont think you can have enough drainage holes for these cups. You might be able to add some slices in the sides of the cup going forward. I have just upped the volume of water to kind of flush the root system with new fresh water but you still need to let things dey out between waterings. Good luck bud. They look real nice other wise.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking about adding a few extra holes but was worried about destroying the structural integrity of the cup, slices sound like the way to go!
Ive found that I can water most days but if I leave them to dry 1 day a week they seem happier.

About time for an update so here they are:

WG1 on day 47. She’s still struggling on, main is producing a decent looking bud but not expecting much from the lowers. Just starting to put on some frost the last day or so.

WG2 (battle plant) on day 36. Older growth continues to deteriorate but newer stuff looks ok aside from being slightly pale. Moving into flower now, a lot later than her sister did.

It is from Seed Stockers though and she’s doing well so thought I’d share.
Gorilla Cookies on day 47, 5 gal bag, Biobizz light mix and Biotabs. Rubbed a stem while watering yesterday and got a strong smell of meat! Heard of this term profile before but is it normal for this strain? Has anyone else grown this out or got any info for me? Thanks in advance.

Here’s WG1 on day 55.

Very unwell but hanging in there all the same, looks like she’s gonna be 1 big bud eventually lol.
And here’s my entry, WG2 on day 44.

Also looking a bit battered (probably even worse than WG1 if I’m honest) but we will push on regardless. Hoping she’s going to thicken up in the next week or so, nutes still at 50% but thinking a bit more definitely isn’t going to hurt her.
And here’s something a bit more pleasing to the eye to finish with. Seed Stockers Gorilla Cookies on day 55.

She’s an absolute pleasure to grow and just keeps on chunking. Can’t believe she’s still got a month to go… if she makes it that far the buds will be enormous! Think I’ll be popping another 1 of these as soon as this one finishes.

Here’s WG2 on day 61 ( I think ).

She’s looking sad as ever but the buds she got are chunking in a fashion.

WG1 got put in the dark this morning, forgot to take pics but I’ll get some tomorrow before I chop her.

Here’s a quick one of the Gorilla Cookies on day 72ish.

She’ll be going in the dark some time over the next couple of days. Fantastic plant smells like blueberries, looks like she’s gonna yield very well also. Can’t wait to see what the smokes like.
