New Grower PC Grow- Noob

Good to see you UnholyFire. I have been around but fairly quiet. Glad to see there are no major fires out in your neck of the woods. Also, sounds like you are getting your strength back. Plants looking good--and a four footer no less.

Thanks Alan. Ya i keep telling myself (don't forget camera) when i go check the outdoor one but i have forgot every time. As i was looking through some empty seed baggies i noticed that the bag containing a Kushage seed was empty. Went back and read some of my notes, long story short the outdoor one could be Kushage or MKage. No matter. Its smelling strong like a skunk and very branch'e. Going to be good which ever one it is :smokeit::peace:

Just a few pics:D:peace:

Thanks astronomy :D It really means a a lot when you guys comment and click like on my post coming from growers like all of you:wiz:. I'm going to try and get some real close up's when its lights on. Been doing some research for the new box im getting ready to build. I think im going to go with 2x2x4. I was reading here >> https://www.autoflower.org/f5/what-reflective-materials-can-i-use-my-grow-room-3931.html and thanks  oldmedtoker  for the thread. Looks like i'm going to go with the 2mm mylar. Cant wait to get started. had a few setbacks but i'm hoping to start the build next week. Going to try and do some step-by-step pics:peace:

UHF, a word from my experience is this
1.make sure you have 24" as your INSIDE dimension, as 24" light fixtures will not fit right in a box with 24" Outside dimension.
2. Once you have lights & a filter in the box 48" seems awfully short when you have a plant that suddenly takes off on a wild growth spurt. Second box is 60" tall and does not seem so cramped. Remember the light hangs several inches from the top of the cabinet even when pulled up as high as it will go and the pot puts the plant several inches above the bottom, so when added together you have "lost" between 10-16 inches.

it isn't the best use of your sheet-goods, but I was fairly frustrated to realize my light fixture was going to be at a tilt in my 24x36x48 box if I wanted to use it in the cabinet from side to side rather than lengthwise. I would have shelled out the extra $20 had I realized before hand .

Obviously, you may have factors that limit your size selection, but if not these two things are issues you should consider.

Thanks gtron :bow:Very sound advice. I had not considered that about the light yet. I have a bit more room to work with so looks like ill be building it a bit larger :) I sure rather have more space than be cramped like i feel now. Thanks and if any others have some advice you know ill be glad to put it to use. Took a few pics. Enjoy:peace:

Hi friends. Update time. The baby BH was another male but no problem. I have 4 more started and 6 more seeds germ'n also. The HBD looks older than it is imo. Going to post the grow journal i have on it below this post. Most all the tric i can see are milky, maybe 90% with 5% clear and 5% amber. Other than that everything is looking great. The double BH cup it doing nicely as i hoped. That means im going to do a few grows with two plants in one cup. Got to get some medication stored up. I have not checked on the one i have outdoors in about 7 days. I'm sure it could use some nutes but im not prepared to hike the hour in 100+ degree weather:hot: It has had 3 good rains in the last 7 days so i know its not dried out. I think all the pics are tag'd and if there is any pics you would like to see a close up of let me know. All advice welcome. Thanks for stop'n by:toke::peace:
