PAR adjustments

Greetings to all and happy holidays!
I'd have a question to Tina (others included as well obviously!).

I have a new grow in a 2x4 tent.
Seedlings are about 1 inch high so far after a week.

What does experience say about adjusting height or adjusting my TS1000's to a certain PAR?
Also, as the plants start growing, what change to that adjustment should there be?

TS1000 is adjustable, the power comes with the max power of 150W.

The simple and quickest way is to move the hang height not adjust the power. Below is the recommendation lighting height in different growing stage for your reference:

Recommended Hanging Distance Above Plants

Seedling: 24'' Germination: 24''-30'' Veg: 18''-24'' Flower: 12''-18''

Recommended Lighting Time

Veg: 18/6(on/off) or 20/4(on/off) Flower: 12/12(on/off)


Can you share me a photo of your grow room? And is this your first time to grow leds?
