First one is nerve racking I must have been in my tent 10 times a day lol.
Now it's a very peaceful experience.

as this is my first time using the distiller I used only pop corn buds and trim first I grinded up all plant material and froze it for 48hours I also put the alcohol in the freezer for 48hours

I weigh the container my oil will be stored in then weigh again when the oil has been added to get a total weight

I put the plant material in a 1 litre glass jar and cover with just enough alcohol to submerge all the bud and trim I let it sit for 1 min then stair for 1 min I do this for 6 mins

then I cover another glass jar with a 125micron bubble bag and pour the alcohol and plant material into the bubble bag I let it drain for 5mins then I squeeze the bubble bag with the bud and trim in until no more liquid comes out

I add the plant material back in to the first jar and repeat the first steps I only do this twice

Now I bin the bud and trim and add the alcohol to the water distiller I do this part out side just to be safe once the alcohol has almost evaporated I add the left over content to a 50ml Pyrex jar

I cleaned the water distiller and added 500ml water I placed the 50ml Pyrex jar in the water distiller and turned it on I do this to evaporate any left over alcohol form my oil I top up the distiller with water regularly

once all the alcohol evaporated I was left with 1g of oil not bad from a oz of trim and pop corn bud i feel this method wastes a lot of oil and will be using the rice cooker method from now on
