overwatered, any tricks to fix?

in the solo cups, how often do you water them? And, I assume until you can see runoff, or if not, do you measure in any way? I have another seedling along the way that I planted in a mini fabric bag (w coco, again) and it just always looks dry but I can give it a little squirt and get runoff...

when they are tiny you will only have to feed them every few days and when there tiny in the cup i start just giving them small drinks say day1 to5 i don't feed them to run off i only feed to run off once there a little bit more stable it's so I'm not waterlogging the tiny roots .and once there stable i feed to run off all the time and you will never get build ups then

What is your lighting source? They look underlit to me not overwatered

probably 20 inches or so, the light meter is showing 30,000 lux (which is how I set the light's height)
