New Grower Over stuffed tent

Hi there! Notorious tent stuffer here! My current method is to get down under the canopy. Look at every branch. Anything that is clearly not going to reach the canopy is gone. Look at your plant, mentally split it into thirds. Take anything that ends in the bottom 2/3 off. You can take a pic and kinda use that as a guide but I really like to just get on up in there lol. Its kind of a mental thing you have to get past, taking budsites, at least it was for me. But you gotta figure if they're not gonna reach the canopy they're not gonna reach potential, and I'd rather she put her energy into her mains and top buds. Unless the nodes are super tight, in which case they tend to stack top to bottom and not be larfy

Your plants look very healthy. You should do what people are saying and lollipop the bottom the plant then do some heavy defoliation. I grow SOG and always have a full and crowded tent. I wouldn’t be able to get away with what I do if I didn’t completely leaf strip (schwazzing) all the leaves 2-3 times during flowering.
Here is an example of a really crowded tent.

definitely looks like you’re taking care of them. They actually don’t look that crowded. They need some defoliation. And like @Suki813 said get rid of any branches that aren’t going to produce. Keep doing what you’re doing they look great.

The most important things when you're trying to run more plants than you technically should in a tent is 1, picking strains that suit a small space, and 2, lots of training. This is my 2x2 with 7 plants in it lol.
