I wouldn't fert them until 14 days or so from seed dropm assuming they pop in the first 4 or 5... then, a short run of Veg.. then on to flower nutes.
See the "Tips/Tricks/ Knowledge base"... find the thread... "new growers please read" Lots of good base info there..

Good luck bro!
speed and safety... and good karma sent

I was recently pointed to try to start af outdoors from scratch when the weather is warm enough.
I've always started my stuff indoor then moved outside after some hardening.
Starting them outdoors SHOULD avoid the stress related to the change of conditions and results in better performace (e.g. outdoor af mostly finish a little later than indoor ones, starting outdoors should resolve this slowdown).
Whats your opinion on the subject? Even tried to start AF outdoors?

Peace

I haven't attempted the direct sowing yet...but I will soon,I've got thousands of af beans.I'm also gonna try broadcast seeding just to see what happens...won't be long now, just waiting for the snow to melt...I've got a bad case of spring fever.

Thx for the feedback DIRT, here there's a lot of sun already :)
Keep us updated!

Peace

JM - thanks for the advice. I'll definitely get working on that CFL rig and the bottles then to get it all ready. Any compost soil? also, these are feminized seeds that I'm working with - will it still matter if its unferted soil or no? Cause i know that the seeds dont like ferted soil but by the time they emerge past the peat moss pellets is that old enough or... ? Hate to ask these questions but I never did during my first grow and made some stupid mistakes. Let me know man... Ill be setting up a grow journal when i get it set up

Looking forward to that grow journal! (Especially as I just bought the EXACT same seeds).

Let us know what section you post it in please. (I'm gonna put mine in Stitchs 'Flash Seeds' section.)

I don't know how it is for the rest of you, but in my state we have LOADS of Himalayan blackberries everywhere. While thickets might not be taller than eight feet they make the perfect location for growing autos! The way they grow is in huge thickets sometimes thirty or forty feet in diameter. You can get to the inside of a thicket by dropping a big log or board on them an walking down it. You can then hollow out the thicket, put in a few girls, and run tubing out to a bucket close but not all the way to the outside of the thicket ala browndirt. After that watering would be a cinch, just fill the bucket and let it run through to your girls! Just make sure to take the log off the blackberries, they'll spring back. Happy growing!

So.....I hike with diggin tools to the spot today. I been wanting to get in this place since last year.
Finally get there and am just loving it. Looking good everything. Looks quite promising, maybe my best patch this year.
I turn around and find like ten plants......Never happened to me before. They beat me to it.

you too? I just found akiller spot... and while finishing up recon and deciding it to be primo... realized... someone else grew there last year... and probably will again....

Damn!

Nirvana sky?

How did the nirvana sky come out? Take a full 100-120 days from seed to harvest? How's the smell, taste, buzz, and yield?
