Its a 4th true node topping.....as soon as i get more room, i will begin to vertically train the branches, eventually it will look similar to this.

The guide i linked you to is for photoperiod plants not autos.(assuming the 'phistos you are growing are autos)

It certainly can.....but depending on your weather. If you live in a prime place and weather is not an issue then i would try a topping!! Here is one i did at 4th node this winter(indoors)
