Of course you can, me pregrowing 2-3 weeks under LED and then goes outdoors.

For my photos i start mine on april the first indoors until june the first, then outside until sept- early october.

In the same boat hairy have ben keeping my eye out for a decent grow spot.tried a few years ago but a bit of rain and wind and they were flat on the ground.

I don't mean to ruffle any Feathers here . I thought this was a outdoor comp . --- Seed in pot outside -- Obviously we can grow outside . But what about those that can't start inside .
