Hello its me again. This thread is beginning with Mephisto's Sour Crack. I've decided to grow the same plant over and over until I get it right. I'd ultimately like to run the simplest most successful grow possible. I started 8 seeds and pulled one plant that was a mutant. There is another plant that is so small that I should have pulled it when I had a chance. Now its roots are intertwined with the large plants in the res. and I'll have to keep it alive until all of the plants finish. I am about 5 weeks into it. The tallest plant is 21" Here we go!

FYI I'm growing in DWC in reservoirs with multiple plants in each set up. I'm using Technaflora's Recipe for Success Boost, Bloom, Grow & Majical, Silicone and Skunk Labs, Root Assist beneficial bacteria. I keep the pH between 5.6-6.0 and begin at 400 ppm and increase to 900 ppm during bloom. I have two lights a Mars Original 300W and a Mars II 700.

The tall plant in the last picture grew another 2" over the last 24 Hrs. All of my experience has been with a Mars II 700 in my short tent. Theis Mars Original 300 is really letting the plants stretch. I may have to reduce the photo period to try to induce flowering.

It looks to me that the tall one in the ring side is in preflower stretch mode. She propperly showed sex a week ago.
Have you looked for sign of sex on all of them.
If the rest is alitte behind they are gonna explode soon, But itś diffucult to see on the pics so it´s all a guess.

Hello Ksj + Neko (two of my favorite AFNers) Ksj I've been looking carefully for sex and so far I only see pistils. I can't afford to screw up another grow. I'm running out of decent weed. I hope that the tall one stops soon. Neko I've already got a hammock set up in the sand with an umbrella and a cooler full of you favorite beverage. Lay back, relax and take a pull off of the hooka!

Pistils you say Female preflowers. they are already in flower mode then. In my experience they start preflower stretch about a week after first signs of pistils. just sit back and relax. they will do there thing. If you whant the stretch to stop, switch to flower nutes. A little to early in my opinion

Ksj, I was thinking the same thing. I just started flowering nutes yesterday morning. I was considering starting some more Sour Crack seeds for my short tent but I've got some technical issues to work out. Your advice is spot on as usual. Thanks for checking in on me.

I moved the big light into the tent with the Sour Crack and I'm having trouble with the temp. It's hovering at around 87F. The new tent only has an inexpensive inline fan that does not move much air.

Hey, my friend! Im sorry to hear about those high temps.
I have a ventech 4inch inline booster fan and it does the job really good. Im not sure how much they are from the venders on your side of the pond, but I got mine for around 45 USD free shipping. It was sent from within the same state as well which was cool. If you could find a vendor close to you. Would save a bunch on shipping. I know its a little trickier sometimes getting grow equipment over there though.

Hi Neko, I'm on your side of the pond just the opposite side of the continent. We also use $. LOL I have a 4" Ventech in my short tent, which I'm going to use again. I've just been too lazy to reinstall it in the new tent to only have to swap it back. I'll have to bite the bullet and make the switch. I was trying to get away with a cheap 4" mini inline fan. It was working with the Mars Original 300 but now that I moved the Mars II 700 it can't keep up.
