Seed Bank original-ssc.com (the original sensible seed company)

Order from this company on September 23 and recieved a shipment email on Septemeber 25th. Decided that i would email them on the 13th to see what they have to say as the tracking provided showed untracable or doesn't exist. Recieved and email back from them on the 15th stating.

Now the 24th and nothing has came. Anyone else had issues with recent orders not showing up and getting the run around?

So its been 10 days since youve heard from them why not contact them again and have the order reshipped
most seed ccompany will re dispatch after 21 days.

Just wondering why you haven't been back to them? Surely your time would be better spent mailing them before posting here?
Reading their response to you, they seem to be being very fair and they invited you to contact them should it not arrive - that's not "getting the run around" - That's Customer Service at it's best.
I use Original all the time with no problems and I'm sure you will be sorted - if you bother to tell them your problem - until you do, not much they can do - they are good but not psychic.

I have been on the follow up with this bank and haven't recieved anything back from them yet. Sent a follow up message on the oct 19th and got nothing. Had another follow-up wednesday oct 24th and still haven't got a reply e-mail. This company has a customer help ticket system on their website which i used the 24th. Figured id try this due to no replies in e-mail. Now im once again waiting for an e-mail that gives me my ticket number so i can check on the status of my ticket? Had i got a follow up to my RE: then i would feel more at ease that they will take care of things but now its been 11 days since they replied about them having orders delayed (see above). I feel i have a legit complaint seeing im out of just over $100 and now my christimas crop. A little bit of communication goes a long way. Squirrelmast3r

Sorry Squirrel, your post of the 25th didn't mention your follow ups on 19th or 24th or the "Ticket" thing.
Least - I dont think it did?

Just an up-date but everyone who has hotmail will not recieve e-mails back from this company due to the built in spam filter. You will recieve shipment and order confirmations like normal but e-mail response get filter out before hitting your inbox. Took a week to get back in contact with them due to this but glad to see they are reshipping my order and also provide me a discount code for my next purchase. I will admit that i jumped to conclusions about getting the run-around. In my defense i had no clue hotmail had a spam filter for the junk inbox. Thought all junk mail went there. So they had responded to you but the spam filter took their responses.
All good then - never heard of them letting anyone down as yet - that's why I was surprised by your posts.

Ordered a few seeds from them recently, got 'em in a week along with 2 free AKR Autos (nice) and a grinder (don't need/use). They always include nice stuff, have the best prices for their size/location, good inventory, will be using them more often.
 
I have placed two orders with ossc and both times everything was great, no problems. I will keep ordering from them and will recomend them.
