I have bought seeds hundreds of times online or by mail order in the old days and never once was there an order lost. Now I cant tell you how many times $$$ has come up missing from someone who was a little less than honest buyer...

If you order from a reputable place such as Original ssc or attitude your going to get your seed 99.9% of the time, tracking or not.

Attitude is a good company I dont know why they need an online team... there reputation is good and they dont need to dirty themselves up.

I went old school and ordered Sensi Skunk#1 (which i've grown before and it's probably my favorite smoke) and some Yumbolt from Sagarmatha...

To be honest - not sure how or why this thread kicked off in the first place - why concentrate on Original? Smells a bit whiffy to me - I've only had one bad experience in a few years from any place I've ordered - said enough on that one.
I'm sure these guys have to deal with a lot of people claiming non-receipt - just to get more and I'm sure they get stung by replacing things that dont need replacing.
But I know from experience - they play fair.

I think the thread is great I never even heard of original ssc, I sell seed and buy seeds. So why not let it be known...

I have ordered from these guys multiple times. The only time I experienced a delay was when they had inventory issues. When I emailed them, they responding promptly and replaced the out of stock item and threw in some extras. I don't know about you guys, but where I'm at, customer service like this is getting increasingly rare these days. Seed stock has always been good with a 100% germ rate so far. Breeder packs the whole nine. I do wish they would rotate the freebies more often though. I am drowing in sugar mango seeds now!

As I understand it - freebies come from surplus stock held by the Breeders which are passed on in exchange for a bit of promotion - back scratching in other words. All depends on who has spare and when. Know OSS Co are on the case in that regard.
Their personal service is renown - tell em no more Sugar Mango please - they'll sort you out.
