you shouldn't need the guaranteed delivery if you have a license to grow/recommendation and live in a country where it is legal to grow. The mail carriers do not keep your orders. I've tried both delivery options with and without a delivery guarantee. They were both shipped no problem whatsoever. I think the guarantee is tracked so you can get an estimated time of arrival. I ordered from Herbies my seeds were delivered in about 5 days. If I recall correctly it came to my mail box on a Monday so maybe do not count the Saturday I do not know if they still sort the mail on Saturday's
@Cookiefan00 the USA will confiscate any seed they catch in the mail. They do not give them back either. It is to stop foreign pest and fungi from getting into the countries habitat. There is a whole process for importing seeds into the USA legally.
We never had issues with any of our orders but a relative did get his seized and between that and the others weve seen here we decided to stop chancing it and started using Herbies. Not quite as many free ones but still am able to get all free autos which is good and the prices are a bit cheaper so it ends up being a wash. Good part is they will guarantee delivery
the U.S. Customs once held my order of cannabis seeds almost until the 30th day they have to send you something a notice stating that they have confiscated my order or just send me my order it was opened too they still had to send me my order probably because I've got a patients recommendation to use and grow cannabis. I could see if there was a 17 year old kid trying to access cannabis seeds not being a cannabis patient and living in a state where it is not legal by any means. Then sure take the seeds away.
To stop foreign pests and fungi? Pretty darn sure its because it is still illegal to import marijuana seeds,Even if you live in a state that has legalized marijuana use or are a patient etc it is still illegal at the federal level and is still considered a controlled substance lol
