Hi!

i am new to this forum and i wanted to ask you a question on my curent grow.

Strain:
Orange bud auto - from bulkseedbank

Pots/nutrition:
15L airpots, 50/50 coco/light earth
Since week 4 Biotabs 2-5-8 liquid add-ons (3ml/L)
No need fro Ca or Mg as the the tap water is ok, Ph levels around 6

The setup:
A 5x5 tent with reflective material (pirate box)
carbon filtering (cartridge) with humidity/temp regulation, 100m3/h airflow as minimum
2 air mixing tent fans
4x Mars Hydro Reflector 96 LED lights

Controled enviroment, grow/flower temperature 25C, "night"-time 20C

Now my problem is something i do not understand fully. it is not my first grow, but the second time the same ocured.

In week 9 the stigmas vent orange (on a orange bud a must) and then brown.
The buds started taking up volume, producing crystals etc..
Since week 11 there are new stigmas growing (green) and the buds take up volume slowly.
Now it is week 14 and the buds / trichomes are still puting slowly weight and they are all clear! not amber, not cloudy but clear as water (digi-scope)

Since its already almost one month over the specs and still not "finished", my question is, had somebody had the same experience? Buds are rock solid, up to almost 2 inches in diameter (the bigges ones), the stalk i around 1 inch at the roots etc, no problems on nutritions, growth all ok.

any Ideas?

Their site suggests 8 to 9 weeks flowering time.
If they are talking seed to chop, that's really pretty fast.

When I run 15l bags, I find my times are usually about 14 days off of that. This is from first set of true leaves, not sprout or from seed.
If I drop to 4l bags and run soil, times are much closer to what I see advertised on breeders sites.

I usually figure 90 days for a run drop to chop.

The argument is out there do small bags make them flower faster, my own experience is yes.

Hi!

i chopped them down last weekend, and noticed, that 2 plants had smaller pots (forgot why i did put them in 11L and not 15L pots) were like 1 week ahead of the rest of the plants (on the edge between milky/amber terpenes), so there must be something about this fact, that they flower/finish after hiting or filling up the pot with roots.

So the run was 16 weeks, from seed to harvest (112days). Buds up to 50g wet weight.

Now they are in the drying rack, average was 400g per plant, trimmed weight (without stems and leafs), so estimated it will be around 100g dry at the end.

and the byproduct of the harvest

560 grams of cana-butter.

was decarboxylated (the fresh material, also some 50-60g of small buds with the leaves) for one hour in the oven, and then cooked for 3 hours with 750g of butter. so 100g got lost with the dispossal of the plant material (10 plants), and i washed it once. now it's baking time :)
