Indoor optimal lighting schedule for autos?

so whats everyones take on the best lighting schedule for autos??--im getting many conflicting opinions between 18/6 and 20/4

either one of those is fine, i go 1 month on 20/4 and the other month on 18/6.

You will always get conflicting opinion on it. Personally I always do 24/0.

I'm on 20/4 no complaints from the girls so far!

anything from 10 on/14 off under 128w t8 to:
20 on/4 off under 400w hps w/ 200w cfl added...
have had great grows under both light schedules

but the 20/4 grow finished faster w/ more resin
and much more bud weight.
