The ugliness in those older leaves is bugging the hell out of me, but I know it won't go away. I just don't like looking at it. Otherwise they seem to be feeling better. I think. Sucks having to go away and not be able to keep an eye on them. They seem to have enjoyed the drink I gave them, so hopefully they do alright while I'm gone.

Go ahead and cut them, they are low on the plant and they are already damaged, its not going to hurt anything. Also if you have moisture issues, the necrotic spots on the old leaves could be a starting point for mold/decay issues.

I miss my plants. going home to see them tomorrow!
My wife sent a few pics, but I accidently stole her good camera, so they look horrid. From what I can tell, it seems the brews have been working, but I won't know for sure until I see them. I won't even bother to post the pics, their that bad. I can totally see some real nice color coming out though!

I definitely see a huge improvement. Sadly I'm not sure if I got to them in time. They may not produce much in the end, but no big deal. I wanted to grow these cuz their pretty. I have 3 more seeds I'll pop another time now that I have a better idea of how to use this new fangled organic thing.

What an interesting smell coming off these things.
It's fruity, almost grape like... I think..
It's hard to say really. Doesn't smell like any weed I've smelled before. Sniffing it almost reminds me of smelling a fine wine. Bold and complex. It's neat.

Well I did it. I broke down and ordered a small tent to keep me busy during the winter. Just a little 32x32x63 inch unit. A friend of mine has an un used 250 watt CFL(2700k) that he's gonna hook me up with, and I'm currently shopping around for a fan and filter.
Be prepared for a whole lot of failed grows. I haven't growen anything indoors for almost 10 years or more.... Let alone in a small tent with CFL lights.... Man... Shits changed over the years!
