New Grower One year later...

Yea, I had been running real high levels of sea salt. I'm currently down to only around .2 EC of it while I sort out a water issue, though. I had run upwards of 2-2.5EC of sea solids for a grow. But somethings going on with my water so I've had to drop it down while I figure things out.

I started growing 6-7 years ago....autos mainly.....in gal pots....at a remote inside location where a timeer handled the lighting needs and a non-smoker watered'em sometimes....I'd check'em every week or so....the main thing I learned was PATIENCE !!! Don't over-love'em...let'em do their thing....when I closed down that remote grow a couple of years ago adn moved to a small tent grow in my home, I found quickly that I needed to use the patience I learned.....
I also take pics ever 2 or 3 days to 'show' myself things are changing...

Started growing my first of ANYTHING April of 2011. Picked cannabis as my first feat since it what i was consuming the most on a daily basis and was sick of paying $50.00 an 8th for mediocre trees.

after making the decision that yes, i definitely want to grow cannabis, i started reading everything and anything about MJ cultivation...8 months later i felt confident enough to start making some purchases and with the money i had saved up for the feat during those 8 months, made it a lot easier to buy everything at once.

Autoflower network was one of 2 MJ forums i found and after a few months of posting on both of them, it was clear that AFN had a wealth of knowledge that i found intoxicating and addicting. AFN became my home site and through the past year i have learned so much about cannabis cultivation and with 3 full grows under my belt each one has gotten better and i am proud of myself. For the first time in my life i feel like i actually have a skill. It's like creating life...you get to be there every step of the way until harvest and it's miraculous! I've grown to appreciate nature as a whole more and notice how other life forms grow now. I picture big trees outside as huge MJ plants and think damn what if that was a huge ass nug! lol I'm obsessed with it and i love it. It's methodical yet is some how therapy for me when i'm in my grow room feeding, doing a transplant, cleaning up some leaves or even just staring at them. I often just stand there and gaze at my plants, transfixed on the beauty.

I can tell i will be doing this thing for a very long time! 1 year down, forever until the day i die to go!! :toke:
