Not exactly, and not very informative overall.
You still hang the buds or whole plants to dry for a few days, just not the entire time. It's all based on humidity. Then you trim down if you haven't already and place the buds in paper bags and fold the top over a couple times for a purposeful half-ass seal. You can add shreds of paper on the inside of the bag for the buds to sit or not, either is fine. A few times a day you gently rotate the buds around making sure air stays to everything evenly. You do that for a couple days until they are where you want them, then jar them for the sure, all the while watching your humidity mind you. All opinion, but from what I hear it just gives a little better and slower dry, makes sure they don't dry too fast or too much and possibly hold in more flavor and aroma. I for one will definitely be trying it. I am sorta going to combine the drying/curing techniques of FullDuplex, Thai Buddah Man and Captain Cure.

killjin, i kinda explained it in my post, once you hang dry the nugz for a few days, keep in mind my RH% around here is at about 50%, you cut all the HUGE stems off, and put them into a paper bag from a grocery store to dry a little slower, almost a "pre" cure, for a couple more days, shaking the bag slightly to move around the buds once in a while. From there, they go into the jars for the final curing phase. You basically want to monitor the RH% with a hygrometer (that little black thing in one of my jars) and make sure its around 65%. It started at 68 for me, which i was fine with, I just burp them more often, Now im at 65% and the nugs are dank and stinky as hell. Those pics do the buds absolutely NO justice, theyre sooo bright green with light golden brown hairs~beauty. Hope this clears things up a little for ya my friend.

oops , i didnt read squids comments before i posted..lol, well i modified it a little. Most important thing to add, is watch your humidity~adding the paper shreds is usually done in humid climates, like oregon or the sub-tropic areas

Hi everyone! just want to let everyone know that my photo grow went phenominal..between two plants i got a tad bit over 10 ounces..3.85 for the dinafem, and 6.15 for the G13, that doesnt include what my wife and i smoked thus far..so im very stoked and amazed by my first grow..out of 5 plants, i got over 18 ounces. 3 auto's and 2 photos.
Anyhow, I just started a 10-20 plant auto grow that has to finish up by mid october, so the clock is ticking...
I will leave the new link for that grow soon as i get it started..probably about 2 weeks from now.
Thanks everyone for sharing/helping and just being my afn friends..it means so much to me I cant even describe. :thumbs:
