ok i pretty much answered my own question..my tent got up to 93 in a matter of 13 minutes, cuz i forgot to turn the a/c back on after naptime..so the heck with it, im just gonna hafta cough up the extra ching $$. Its not worth screwing up everything ive worked so hard for. As far as it getting that hot, it was for a very short amount of time~should be fine.
My girls are definently packing on more weight everytime i look at them..bud sites are growing. At the same time, im still growing about an inch a day height-wise, so im gonna go with 3/4 flower nutes, 1/4 veg nutes~roughly half strength of each though. I think that'll be whats best for my ladies. It wont be until Friday/Sat, so if anyone has an opinion, good or bad, let me know in the next couple days! Thanks everyone! :D

If you're still getting strong vertical growth I'd suggest holding off on the flowering nutes till it stops.

The high temp for such a short period of time won't hurt. It's when it stays that high for too long that it's a problem.

muddy, i like your new pic, and thanks for the advice, and andy, great to see ya again! not sure if you noticed, but i posted a comment about you a page or two ago.

man i just wanna make a quick comment: I HATE FLY PAPER!! hahahaha sorry about all the caps, but i got a bunch more fungus gnats..must be from the new pots i planted recently. anyhow, everytime i put fly paper in my tent, its such a pain in the butt to work with/around. it has stuck to my hair, arms, legs, plants, leaves, etc. i just wanted to vent out some of my frustrations for a minute about those! thanx everyone!

Hey growbewan.. looking good man.

It's not the case EVERY time.. but early browning of pistles like that usually indicates excess nutes. When I saw some mildly burned tips on the fan leaves it kinda makes me think that was the cause. Then Muddy was mentioning laying off the nutes a bit which was what I was going to say, also.

Ps.. I found flyzappers need a few weeks to eliminate the cunt gnats. :peace:

thanks buddha, but muddy was actually referring to whether or not i switch to flowering nutes when my girls are still growing vertically right now. Im at day 40(?)ish, and my girls are definitely budding up pretty nice, but are growing an inch a day pretty much still...so i was gonna switch to 3/4 flower nutes, 1/4 veg nutes at 1/4 strength each. as far as the overfeeding of nutes causing the early pistil browning, i dont think its the case, because ive bearly fed them thus far..1/4 strength just once, two weeks ago. im thinking it was from the ph of my soil being off maybe?? i dont know, but it hasnt worsened at all, so im hoping its all good now. (knock, knock) Ill tell ya though, the budz are actually looking like real buds now, its pretty awesome stuff to see in person for the first time~thats all for now!

cap', as usual, thanks for the help..i wonder where andy botwin has been? you around lately bud? hope all is well, for your the guy i owe most the credit to in helping me get to where i am. i hope your gonna stick around to see my girls through the end, for even though they'd probably had made it, they wouldve never been half the girls they are now without all your tips and help! stop by and take a hit! lol~
:smokebuds:

Hey brother, I'm around but not as often as I'd like. Just busy with life in general and trying to get my own grow to the finish line. Plus I've been traveling a lot and I can't ever seem to get caught up on all the threads I'm subscribed to. Your plants are looking superb and you are definitely on the right track. You've gotten past the toughest part, so sit back and enjoy those buds as they fatten up. :howdy:

If you are still getting solid vertical growth I wouldn't give it any flower nutes yet, just stick with the veg nutes for another several days until she stops growing upwards.

Giving it bloom nutes now won't hurt it(as long as it isn't too much of course) but it will halt it's vertical growth and start focusing on the flowers, which is fine, but if you aren't pressed for time or space, I say keep them growing longer with the veg nutes. Just my :2cents:

ok thanks so much, both of you guys! ok, im uploading a few bud shots..man they are looking awesome if i must say! stick around!

Yep. Longer veg = more height = bigger yield.
