New Grower Northern Storm Auto DWC

Here are a few pics from just now. Yellow Tags are GCS Critical Purple Auto fems and the others are Msnl Northern Storm Auto fems. Im color blind, so those NS tags are purple or blue, but I know they aint yellow! Three black buckets on right are tomato plants with green tags. Swapped the DWC system that was in there for smart pots for the CPs and bubbleponics buckets for the two tomato plants. Just easier, will come back to the RDWC system with photos later.

Gonna use the RDWC for photoperiod plants is what I meant. Decided to try and keep it simple to actually get THROUGH a whole grow, lol

This NStorm was the first to sprout and was named Champ because she was sooo far ahead. At first. Her second set of leaves burnt right the fuck off and then she went mutant. Growing weird leaves at strange rates, but the small top leaf on the left was barely visible yesterday, so she has started growing fast again, just really strange looking.

I see alittle slight burns on the tips of the leaves. How much nutes are you using and what kind? Also the last one looks like a mutant but hopefully it grows out of it cause I seen some the same as that one but it grew differently. Also why do you have two different spectrum of light just wondering? Overall they look okay!

One bulb is a MH, the other is a Hortilux HPS that is full spec and good for all stages, has a "Clearer" light to me. The ballasts are both set at 600 watts. 900W viparspectra in the middle, have another that we'll add in later to use as side lighting. All of the plants are getting GH flora series. Thats the thing. I didnt feed that plant anything. Precharged the coco the same way for all of the plants, it is the only one that reacted that way. When I DID feed it, it started turning green again.

All getting GH except one. A single NS is in bubbleponics getting megacrop, and speed wise to where it is right now, it is faster and healthier.

Also, champ's leaves died off in the germination dome in a root plug before they moved into the tent, so wasnt nutes, they were only getting distilled H2O.

Nvm, its the other way around. The hortilux is putting off the yellower light

This is the NS bubbleponics getting megacrop. Started one day prior to the Critical Purples getting GH. One of those def has light nute burn. She got 1/6 strength feeding of recommended dose for veg stage. But we precharged the coco the same day it got transplanted, was a decision we made on the fly. She nukes within one day of rhe first feeding in the DWC, which was same, 1/6, but we couldnt keep the ph in check. They were doing great, but ph was nearly 7, three days of adjusting down, it stabilized at 5.9 and they fried overnight. Should have left then alone till res change, but when that day came, we went with coco and bowed out of recirculating deep water culture. The one lady that is in bubbleponics was my personal experiment with the method and with megacrop.

Question. We can all see the mineral stain on the hydroton in the pic. I get that on my windows from the sprinklers, too. So my tap water is only 53 ppm and the city report looks good. Mostly sourced from three main wells within city limits. They recently upgraded the city water plant (ironically, the old plant is currently under construction--they are building plug and play grow boxes, or pods, for renting cx's), and the water seems good, gotta lower the ph a little, but tests very low ppm. How the hell can it be hard water if there are only 53 ppms of shit in it? Is this affecting the plants?
