Thanks, Jingo!
The farthest along are a single Big Bud, 3 Critical Purple Kush, and one Northern Storm. They all started showing flowers april 12th.
I have another NS in DWC (last pic) on megacrop and sweet candy, and she's just starting to fill in the buds between the nodes and put weight on, but is already getting frosty as hell. Shes bright, does that look ok? During the stretch, she put more distance between the nodes than the others (although the biggest NS, who is in preflower, is shaping up the same.
The Big Bud Auto is SOOO FROSTY! Its beautiful. The Critical Purples are huge, not very tall, with several soda can size and larger buds on all of them, and we took most of the popcorn off early on. I used koolbloom, gh bloom stage mix, and beastie blooms in very small amounts. They had their first dose of cha ching last night.
The majority of the large trichs on the leaf parts of the buds are milky with a few amberish ones. The finer ones on the pistils? are clear. But all of the fat mushroom looking ones are milky except for some small buds that arent getting the good light. The lower most colas, really, around the lower perimeter of each plant crown with the smallest nugs.
We are looking for alot of those pistils to retractback into the calyxes, right? Get denser and solidify? I'm trying to get a grip on how far out these closer ones are, and keep second guessing my estimates.
I have a little pocket scope that is lighted and 40x, but it is hard as hell getting a steady look at that level, so I'm getting a cheap loupe set soon.
Any ideas?
