OK, so I have a few questions for you guys that my searching has brought up some contadicting answers on. Ok, so:
My JEMs are just starting to show their sex. At least the males are. So,
1) How long after males will females show their stamins?
2) Im using TechnaFlora R.F.S. nutes in a bubble bucket type hydroponic rig.
When should I switch from vegative recipe to blooming recipe?
3) I also have some photos in seperate rigs that are the same age. When I go
from 18/6 to 12/12, will my Autos be OK?
4) In the vain of recycling, and difficulty of getting water to the grow area, would it be OK to use spent nutes
from the hydro units to water my soil-based media plants?
Those are my "important" questions. I also have some "curiosity" ones:
5) If I leave my auto and photo males and females together what will happen:
a)to female autos pollinated w/ photo males;
b)to photo females pollinated w/ auto males
Is there a set % of what seed will be auto, or is it random, or depend on other variables. If there is no "quick" answer, just tell me. Ive been reading about genetics, but its slow going. I want to make sure I understand what Ive read before I go on... Im not planning on any breading programs, Im just curious if there is a set answer or not.
