Problem: Yellowing of lower leaves. Random brown splotches, some brown tips.
New growth coming in with white tips for 2 weeks, leaves seem to grow out fine
General droopiness of some plants
-Medium/grow method: CYCO coco pearl 70/30 coco/perlite mix
-Feed and supplements:
Organic dry amendments and weekly compost tea feedings - soil amended day 0 and will amend again at day 30. Compost tea feedings began week 2 and the second feeding was given yesterday along with a diluted foliar spray of the same tea

Measurements given below for 1 3 gallon fabric pot

Down to earth brand
Bat Guano 9-3-1 - 1 TBSP
Seabird Guano 0-11-0 - 3 TBSP
Azomite 0-0-.2 - 3 TBSP
Kelp Meal 1-.1-2 - 3 TBSP
Oyster shell - 3 TBSP
Vegan Mix 3-2-2 - 2 TBSP(I actually forgot to add this in my initial amending but planned to add when I amend on day 30)

Xtreme gardening brand
AZos - 1 TBSP
Mykos - 1 TBSP

Insect frass 2-2-2 - 1/2 cup

Worm castings - 1-2 cups

-Water source:

Filtered tap(outside faucet with boogie brew filter) Phd to 6.3-6.8 using an apera ph60
Watering until a little runoff in the drip trays, letting the pot soak it back up(I thought this was causing the droopiness so I've added racks underneath the pots for airflow and wont use the drip trays alone anymore)

-Strain and age

Mephisto genetics - currently day 24
SODK x2
Sour Stomper
SB x DBC
Toof Decay

-Climate:
temp range - 78-85F
Rh range - 50-60%

- Light used: HLG-600H v2 rspec pulling 690w from the wall at 40" from canopy(light was dimmed halfway for first few weeks and I've slowly maxed it out over the last week)

-Additional info: The plants were looking a little dark and purply/blue for the first couple of weeks. The last week they have started to pale out and the bottoms of the plants have started going yellow. White tips on new growth has been happening for a few weeks

I believe I'm dealing with a mixture of overwatering(I know it's hard to overwater coco but I water until a little runoff in my drip tray and then let it soak up the rest and I guess I mistakenly watered too much and left the feet too wet)
And light stress.

I've been doing some reading on the deficiencies I'm looking at and it says the leaves would be yellowing and wilting specifically from the bottom up, where as light stress would be affecting the new growth first BUT will also affect the older growth that is exposed to light constantly. The easiest way to tell is the leaves wilting when it's a nutrient deficiency, and the leaves dry and crumble when it's from light stress. The leaves in general feel stiff and dry. The lower leaves that are yellowed out are getting crispy and dry and I can easily snap the leaves in half on the bad ones

I think that's where my white tips were coming from initially and the light was just far enough away that it didnt totally burn the leaves, but it did end up slowly burning the lower leaves exposed to light. I believe my more extreme symptoms are from the last week or so where I've increased the intensity to full power with the light. I also read that having light stress can increase slight nutrient deficiency symptoms

I've decreased my lights back down to 300w at roughly 40" from canopy. I've also removed the drip trays and added metal racks underneath the pots to give them more airflow. The girls seem to be perking back up in the new growth but I think some of the old growth might be toast at this point. We are coming up on 1 month so I will also be top dressing the soil with worm castings and dry amendments and watering in with a tea

What size is your tent? I just did 4 meph autos in a 1x1m with 400w hps and they came out with massive, solid colas...

These are in a 4'x4'x7'
Is your light dimmable? I've only ever used dual speccy hps so don't know much about your setup.

I would've usually gone with 600w but the recent hot weather meant I couldn't keep temps below 32c. 400w has def done the business. Maybe keep yours at lower power for a while longer and push the pots closer together? Up your ec slightly, but reduce feeds.

And I'd definitely recommend a Wilma setup for your next grow, especially if you like 70/30 coco mix. I went from hand watering in soil to auto feeds in coco and its 1000x easier [emoji1360]

Just took another look at your last pic; yellowing from the bottom and red stalks could be nitrogen def. The plants should be a deeper, lush green in my experience (,depending on strain) and I had the same symptoms with a batch of GG4 photos I did.

Do you have any red/purple stripes running up the main stalk?

Yes on 2 of the plants but not particularly the ones that seem to be having the most issues. Most of the plants do have red stems on a lot of the leaves though. Here are pictures I just took of the problem areas. You can see how the yellowing is affecting the older leaves on spots exposed to the light

That looks pretty much exactly the same as my nitrogen def. I fixed it with canna nitrogen isolate added to regular feeds and a foliar spray during lights off. I'd try a foliar for instant benefits and add it to your nutes/up the bat guano
