New Grower Nitrogen or phosphorus def?

That looks pretty much exactly the same as my nitrogen def. I fixed it with canna nitrogen isolate added to regular feeds and a foliar spray during lights off. I'd try a foliar for instant benefits and add it to your nutes/up the bat guano

Thank you for the advice! Will the red stems go back to green, and will the leaves get some color back or should I strictly be looking at new growth from this point forward?

Did you let the soil cook before hand? With all those amendments it needs time to decompose and stabilize or you will fight it for the first 30-60 days until it reaches a stable pH and the nutrients actually become available. Good luck!

Also remember unless stated otherwise most [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] pots only hold between 8-10 quarts of soil if filled all the way to the brim not actually 3 gallons.

The soil may be a little hot too especially for autos. If uncooked your pH is going to want to drop very low and you may be experiencing lock out. I would flush with tea until about 20-30% runoff at watering time until it stabilizes. Or something similar. Any organic additives need to cook at least 30 days imo before you get the full benefits. Longer is better here.

Thank you for the response! I did not cook the soil beforehand, the amendments were added on day 0 of the grow. I planned to top dress in about a week or so with more of the same amendments. Would you top dress anymore amendments or worm castings at this point or do you think I'm okay to finish out the season with weekly teas? I'll be grabbing a soil ph pen so I can check and see what's going on there too.

What are your thoughts on my light being too strong/close causing issues? I'll be grabbing a par meter soon as well

The plants look over watered too. I would turn the light down too. You have multiple problems going on here causing stress. They should recover some with proper treatment but I would be getting ready for the next round. Are you going organic water only or soup fed style? Plan ahead and prepare. That is a very powerful light and I would put more plants in there now in plain soil and give them liquid nutes along with the other plants because they may not get too big now.

DO NOT TOP DRESS anything else at this point that will just make things worse and be a waste of amendments. I would just ride these out and plan for the next grow. I don’t know how much or how quick these may recover because they have been stressed at a crucial point in their growth so they may remain small. Good luck!

I really appreciate the advice. After dimming my lights, they have started to perk back up with the new growth and are looking much healthier. I'm chalking this up to a learning experience and will definitely start planning out my next grow and using my extra floor space to cook some soil for a month or two for the next round. I'm still hopeful for these girls to turn out pretty decent in the mean time

Really appreciate everyones advice here, thanks again!
