Roots have a foul smell on the bottom of the solo today meaning I must have left them sitting in water. Remedy’s? Any help welcome

So I lopped off the bottom 2” of root mass, the remaining roots smelled fresh.

I added more air holes on the cup

backfilled the cup and placed the plant back in

added hydroton to the yogurt cup catch basin. This does raise the plant 1” so more light hope it’s not too much

hopefully not the last pic of a healthy plant

She’s yellower than before and dropped a few of her lowest fans but still chugging. Frosting up well and has a pretty purple tint probably from all the stressful husbandry. I got a HEPA filter installed to keep the buds cleaner than not. Anyone know how long you could expect an auto gone photo to flower? Similar to the standard photo version stats perhaps?

From what I've read about auto's gone photo is that most of them react like a 'fast version'. So my guess would be in about two or three weeks she should be in flower.

Glad to say her root ball has rebounded and populated the new soil at the bottom. Yellowing discoloration has slowed but she’s still fading. I think she will limp to the finish line which is hopefully only a few weeks away, but she’s still throwing pistils and buds are visibly swelling. She might be getting too much light as she’s only 5” away from it at 100% getting 1547 Ppfd. Maybe that’s why she’s yellowing but also maybe why buds are so dense? She smells amazing and is frostier than the Bruce banner bonsai by a long shot so who cares!

shes a banger bro but if she was in a grow off for prizes you wouldn't be able to keep taking her out of the cup and playing with the medium just for future reference:smoking: but you should be ultra proud

I know look at how far her root mass sticks out of the cup I’ve done a fair amount of disqualifying actions in this grow. If I am lucky enough to officially participate in a future solo grow I will 100% strictly follow the rules. Thanks for the kind words, I was bragging to my wife “ st.Tom thinks she’s a banger”

I know look at how far her root mass sticks out of the cup I’ve done a fair amount of disqualifying actions in this grow. you should be very proud bro and they take a lot of dedication so massive respect to you also going forward I find the clay pebble mix is great for solo cups instead of just at the bottom also I find sometimes later along the leaves will start to lose colour so I wouldn't worry to much about it
