I would like to thank @Marshydro for hosting a giveaway in which I won a 39”x39” tent. Perfect fit for my Mars Hydro FCe3000! Finally got around to setting the tent up properly with insulation foam underneath leveled and supported by cement board on my gravel basement floor
Excited to start this adventure with an awesome new tent and set up the way I wished I had with previous grows.
The plan for this grow is to follow Coast of Maine’s autoflower schedule and use their soils and additives exclusively. Their recommendations are to use 15g of their Stonington blend soil to feed a plant seed to harvest(with a few optional top dressings of dry amendments). I used about 1 3/4 bags and filled them into a 20g fabric pot. We will be growing a seed stockers Bruce banner as it states it’s an easy plant and gets XL harvests. I used CoM sprout island blend to start the seedling in and will transplant as soon as I dare right into its final pot.
I had four seed to choose from and I chose the largest one with the most coloration
A seedling heat mat was placed on top of the 20g pot, this should preheat the pot for the eventual transfer as the basement is a chilly 55. Extra seedling tray is my California wonder peppers for my garden this year
Still need to organize the wires but this gives you an idea of setup, the light driver is mounted up on the ceiling, left it in the tent for the added heat and so I could access the controls but up so it’s safe from wetness
And now we wait
