New Grower NEWBIE GROW UPDATE PICS

Looking good for sure, lets hope they end as well as they have started,

They look great [emoji106] nice fast growth, should get big. Have you developed any training strategies?

[emoji848]nooooope not really bro. To be fair haven't really thought about any. I just thought I'd give it a try just to help it get get more light. So abit of trial and error really. Hopefully it'll help and I'll end up with an out of control triffid lol [emoji23]

Wooooohooooo so I've made it to the end of week 3 [emoji322][emoji322]. I'm not sure if it was needed but also gave them a small feed/watering with some Flora Micro ph'd at 5.9. Hopefully won't have any negative effects and cause problems. They also had a spray with water. Also change the position of the small additional lights to the smaller plant to help it along abit. So here are the pictures for day 21.

Hey bro

Things are going pretty good. A couple of things that I've noticed looking back over your pictures. Number one I see a little bit of Sawtooth edges on your leaves that's kind of a temperature thing usually either heat stress from your lights being low or maybe stress from the light being too intense.

Sometimes a fan blowing across the top of the plant will solve that sometimes you want to back your light off a little bit it's just something to think about.

Number 2, you're right on the edge of nitrogen toxicity. You aren't there yet but you're very close. So at this point I recommend you back off the grow a little bit. Also, remember your micro has nitrogen in it and if you're using the GH Calimagic it will have nitrogen in it also.

Overall I think things look really good right now. Your plants probably don't look much different than mine at that stage and those adjustments I was talking about are exactly what I would do.

@jingo thanks for that advice bro its much appreciated. Luckily I didn't add any cal-mag so hopefully will have avoided any nitrogen toxicity probs. Reading from GH site it says that micro is used to complement gro with all the micro elements that are required so could this have possibly saved me from any probs and balanced out some how?
As for the indication of saw tooth I've raised the light abit and also repositioned the small fan I'm using. So I'll keep an eye on that and see where that leads.

As for flowering I'm possibly thinking of flipping towards the weekend, would this be too soon? Please bro let me know any thoughts you have on this and thank you for all your help and advice. It's been greatful appreciated and taken onboard.

I suspect your soil has been holding you just fine on the calcium issue. I would probably try and feed in ratios similar to The General Hydroponics drain to waste schedule. I would just simply reduce the amount significantly and only feed about every third watering.

If you want to try and kick her into bloom early you can increase your Bloom nutrients or start to add them now if you haven't already. But otherwise, you just kind of have to wait for the Autoflower to Autoflower.

I like to remove leaves, but many growers will tuck their bigger fans under the new branches coming out below. I think you would be safe tucking or even starting lst if you want.
