hopefully the pict up the top is working.. :D

move them in yesterday.. germinate them using the tissue method ;)

i am using root!t brand as the medium right now... before i move them to a bigger pot... located on the side of my window... getting the morning sun..

is my set-up right..?... I'm so nerveous that i might make a mistake.. in such an early stage..

so if you germaed them rite in the pot your gonna finish in and did so on the balcony i would think you would't have to harden them off. it seems like you have mild weather not to hot not to cold id think you would be better of sprouting right were ther gonna finish.:2cents: maybe mossy will impart some of his infinate wisdom, hes the man from the pics of his balcony id say hes got it diled in

my little update :)

check this morning... and the outer layer of the seed has dropped...
picture 1,.. still with seed attach... and picture 2 ... no more seed..

i notice that a lot of height has been achieve within 24 hours...

i notice that there is a very thin layer on the leave... i suspect its from the seed... shall i just leave it alone?..

thx guys!.. :wiz:

They look fine so far. As soon as you see roots coming out of those Rapid Rooters get them into soil right away.

I would suggest filling up the pots with the Professional, then hollowing out a bit in the center, maybe the equivalent of about a 12 or 16 oz. cup, and filling that with the normal potting mix. They put the Rooters in that. That will give the plants a cooler soil to get started in, then will just grow into the hotter soil.

such a good idea... !.. :booya: will totally do this.. :)

Wow baby pictures. Yeah leave it alone just watch.

have fun with those they will probably be monsters here in a few weeks im subbed

Personally I don't like to put seedlings that young outdoors, preferring to wait till they have 4-5 sets of true leaves. A southern window might be the best place for now. If you do put them out, start them for 3-4 hours a day in a semi shaded spot. Increase their time outdoors daily and move them into full sun only when they have a couple sets of true leaves.
