I could be wrong, but I’d imagine you don’t want to put floralicious into an autopot res. That stuff smells like shit. I just picture the res getting awfully funky with that stuff in there. Someone else with experience using it in their res may chime in and say I’m wrong. I’m really just guessing

You will need a line cleaner to keep salt from building up I use ata clean you just put a tiny bit in your res with ya feed it helps and maybe a small pump to keep your feed mixed I am on my 6th grow with them I use the full remo line but I'm sure you will be ok whatever you use with the cleaner and pump

I have planted the seed into the Solo Cup with Coco now just waiting for them to grow above ground .. The one Lemon Haze seed still hasn't grown a tap root .. so I have started to germinate another seed .. hoping this one will take …

patience my friend some take a couple of days to pop also i get the remo supercharge kit i think it saves you a few quid and lasts me a full grow its the whole line in the box also i think by the sounds of it you did your research your gonna smash it and thanks for starting your adventure on here AFN is the place to be

I’ve got no experience with it in an autopot res, so take it with a grain of salt. I just remember when I was using floralicious a couple years ago the stuff smelled like shit

I’ve been wrong before

I’d just keep an eye... or a nose, on that res when you add it.

Edit: in hydro you’ve got an air stone in the res. Most folks aren’t using one in the autopot res, I believe that might make a difference? Now I actually want to know for myself. Hopefully someone with experience can chime in.

Try it but be prepared to check your pH levels in the reservoir at least once a day because the air pump is probably going to raise the pH levels on you. Most people do not use a air pump or a circulating pump in the autopot reservoir because of pH levels. And if you are using are domes you will find that the air from their domes oxygenates the feed water in that Auto Parts trays so why bother doing it in the reservoir

Every grower does things differently LOL! That’s one of the best things about growing for me, so many philosophies and viewpoints. I’ve used floralicious plus in my dwc buckets without a problem. I also use an air pump in my reservoir because a grower with far more experience than I suggested it. I figure I have to muck with the pH anyway LOL.

@St. Tom, not to hijack the diary, but I just built a top-off reservoir for my dwc buckets, do you recommend a line cleaner?
