Yeeeeehah!!! One of my babies has poked their little head through the ground!

This might not be exciting news to most but due to this being my first greenhouse grow, it really is a big deal to me :)

My other seeds have just arrived in the post.. Better late than never hey!

Straight to the greenhouse! :)

One of the free seeds I was meant to get, OG KUSH, I didn't... I instead got a Seedsman Power Africa Fem instead.

After a quick read on the net, I am happy with this swap :)

Got some tomatoe plants around mine inthe green house. Got an Exidus Cheese in there as well as an AMS. They are not autos and have been in my greenhouse for a couple months now believe it or not, but I did start them inside before putting them out there. They are now about 1m20 high. I bushed them out a lot, but even around the tomatoes they pop out. Make sure to keep the greenhouse open a lot so you have no problems of too mouch humidity that will make a perfect environment for nasty things you dont'
want. Good ventilation is the key to a good grenhouse! Cna't wait to see how it works out! Nice job.
Tomatoes or Sunflowers are a great camo. Peeps focus on the big Sunflower; not your buds.;)

Had a small greenhouse like yours. Last year's Hurricane Sandy tossed it down the street . Although I never grew my buds in it. It was great for starting them. No need to harden off.

Best of luck :peace:

Thanks americano56.. :)

I am thinking about getting one of these automatic vent openers.. For the sake of £25 it has to be worth it... At least if I forget to open the door one day, it will not be such a biggie..

Regards,

MaG

Keep green house clean and wash your hands

My family had an Apple Orchard in upstate NY. Dad's GH was like a hospital operating room. He was anal about cleanliness. He always cleaned his boots before and after going into the GH. Cleaned all tools, moisture probes with ispoprpyl alcohol and WASHED his hands before touching his beauties. Had fly paper hanging up to catch any insect. The GH is just a big grow tent. Need good fresh air intake and vent the hot air. Couple of fans are a good idea.

Keep the Green House and yourself clean. That should do the trick.....:D

 PETS, SMOKING and  FOOD/BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN GREEN HOUSE

Best of luck:thumbs:

P.S Sprinkle dry FOX URINE around the GH this will keep animals, your neighbors cat out of the area. THEY WILL GET IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your advice BayLee :)

Now have 3 poking out looking like they are ready to hit their super speed initial growth.. What perfect weather for them to do so today :)

It is amazing how fast they grow! The largest must have grown 6mm in 24 hours!

On your road mate, best of luck!
Peace!

that could help a lot for venting out all the hot air....even with the door open on mine, on a sunny day it stays real hot. Around 30C..

Hey americano, I am in the uk and the weather aint to sharp at the minute.. I am opening the top window in the day to regulate the heat a little.. Gonna get a thermometer (should have been more prepared!) so I can keep an eye on it.. :)
