Pumped about the possibility. Just want to set up to succeed.

I’ve seen a tent called gorilla and a site that linked it had a combo set with lights etc…looked like everything I would need.

Any recs on this set up or others…hoping to do as much in one order as I can…and hopefully easy set up? Two-four plants at a time. Plenty of room to work with…don’t need more plants than that.

Appreciate any thoughts. Just starting my research and found this site.

Cheers!

I think you should post how much SQ footage you want. How tall do you want to be able to grow plants? Most importantly how much are you willing to spend. Id recommend the bar led lights because they have the most even light penetration but you will pay more for that. There is alot of BS in the light market with them claiming higher wattage then really is. So you'd be better off posting a link b because I've never heard of that company. Didn't mean they aren't good. I don't know everything.
I'd recommend 3x3 u could do 4 5 gallon pots easy you could actually do 6. Or maybe 2x2 you could fit 4 5gallon would be a tighter squeeze.

I think for height…whatever the tallest autoflower might be…so maybe five feet? I have a decent budget as I’ve been planning this a while…I was just curious if any good tent company had a solution that included lights and other accessories…appreciate comment.

Id get a 4bar led light like these and a 3x3 tent.Grower's Choice LED ROI-E420 Fixture | 3' x 3' up to 4' x 4' Canopy

I'd cheap out on the tent before the light. Especially if your growing autos because you don't have to worry about light leak.

you'll probably want to get a fan and thermostat so you can have it not go above 84f which if like another hundred bucks but not totally necessary and can be upgraded later. Growers choice is an expensive brand you can go with Mars hydro and get a similar light I use a growers choice. Just make sure it's around 400watts and puts out similar ppf if your gonna do 3x3.

Ppf is amount of light. Umols is the efficiency at which it converts electricity into light. The most expensive Samsung chips that are the most efficient are only made in America so you can't get them as cheap as Chinese chips making the most efficient lights more expensive. You can build a light if your mechanicly electricly inclined

Also you could say that light is over kill but it will keep tent hot enough alot of ppl use space heaters with weaker LEDs I used the 680 in a 4x4 it's rated for co2. Basically a plant can only use so much light without additional co2. So I could get away with a less powerful light but my plants like it.

Also that light even tho it's expensive has good efficiency so if you pay for electricity it might make a difference you can run it on fifty percent closer to the plants. Also if you want to do sativa's and photopheriods that light will have more penetration and light. So the lowers get more light. But you could also use a light like this
240watt floragear
Efficiency: 2.1 μmol/J
• PPF: 525μmol/s
3yr warranty

Way less power but way less expensive 300bucks you could use this light also. Probably want to keep plants 3ft most autoflowers get around 3ft. All depend on what you want.

All things to consider maybe others can chime in

Hello and welcome!

Ideally you would do research and order the perfect everything...lol but if you're looking for a one stop shop thats decent quality, MarsHydro has good lights, tents and fans.

Like mdabber said, tent isn't real crucial with auto's but i would get as tall of one as you are comfortable with because you will be surprised how fast you run out of space even with auto's.

Your exhaust fan is important as is having fans inside. You can get a cheap one but you're better off going with quality as it's going to be running almost constantly. I really like AC Infinity fans.

Lights...well as long as they aren't blurple lol. They do make a big difference, but you can do well with many different ones. I use cheap parfactworks Chinese lights, they work great but i need 4 of them for my 5x5 tent. If you can afford fancy lights then go for it. Ends up being only slightly cheaper than one big MarsHydro light but with separate lights i can raise and lower them for each plant independently if needed.

Happy Growing!

And sometimes you don't even need a tent if you have a closet that's 3x3 36x36inches you can measure with ruler. And you could leave the door open for part of the day if you don't have a vent or install a fan into door or take door off and put a sheet or tarp and put a fan in it just more to consider. They have 3x3 grow trays you can put in there to stop water damage. Especially good if closet is white or you can put up mylar. They have these bars that are meant to hang stuff from and you just extend them by turning them till they are tight.
