Lighting New winter lighting schedule: 6.5/1.5

Autos can run 24/7 it's mostly a waste of power to run more than 20. I've only run broken up daily schedule for a few days time so no telling what happens over the long run. You can run with the lights off during the warmest part of the day, we've used that one before.

I have a couple Friends running a real odd light schedule. A botanist on icmag wrote a thread on it. Sorry if I am breaking a rule here, Only trying to share info on it. I personally never seen the article, only medicated and listened to the theory. Anyways this is what they were running:

12 hrs on. 5.5 hrs off, 1hr on, and 5.5 hrs off.

Strange thing I have yet to try it myself, but I seen their results. Plants are not stretched or seedy. Mind you this is for veg, they are using 12 on 12 off for bloom.
First time I seen that I was like no way will it work. Well honestly it does. I am unsure I will use it on my newest hobby of growing auto's but have thought a bit about it.

Any questions feel free ask, I may get 1 to pop over here and answer them directly.

I kinda see the theory behind that just disturbing a dark period. I'm probably gonna 20/2 or 21/3

My setups currently under 400w being the reason I haven't picked up a 1000-1500w heater. I may though cause it would only have to run 10 mins after 2 hours and back off

with it having the thermostat, it wont kick on till temp you set it at. Was why showed that one
