I gave it a peroxide/water spray to kill any mites but I'm not sure about the yellowing. Was feeding DrEarths but just going to water now.
I tried a little dawn dish soap with water Sprayed up under the leaves.
 
Here is my late season auto. Purple Haze, came up on Aug 31. Going to keep it outside as long as I can.

Good Luck with her, Maybe just keep her inside if you can by a nice sunny window or sliding door.
I kind of feel every time you bring any plant in from the outside (Season change) they go into some kind of shock.
