N tox eh? eh,maybe, but imo its a dual issue. well three parts but two imo. the aeration and the balancing of foods.worms help but takes time though. so you could spike it in a few places as well as hit them with a flower tea and EWC tea. if you have fresh vermicompost that would be more ideal. see when the rice hulls and grow stones compact after the first or second watering plus the weight depending how thick and heavy it is,it'll compact/worms help this certainly.but again,it takes more time since the worms have to adjust and get too the places they are needed.
overall I personally would go with a mild vermicompost tea(EWC essentially except fresh from the bin ideally) and some Bokashi.maybe some flower top coating like from a tea,or granules lightly or similar.
