New Grower New to L.E.D and Autoflowers

Hi, this is my first post and would like suggestions from people about what sort of L.E.D grow light to buy that would do a 1 square meter tent with 6 auto's in it. Please note that I dont have a great deal of money to spend. My maximum budget would be around £300 to £350.

Check out www.mars-hydro.com if you're looking for a good LED on a budget, a Mars II 700w would work great for that size tent. I definitely wouldn't recommend running 6 autos in that space though... one auto could potentially fill that space in a big pot. You could maybe do 4 if you kept them in small pots (4L or less), if it were me I'd only do 2 in that space though.

Mars Hydro was one company I looked at. Though whats your opinion on the Mars Hydro Reflector L.E.D light, as they were one of the lights I was thinking of along with the Prakasa C.O.B range.

I use the Mars II lights and they work really well. The reflector models are great as well from what I've seen others grow. They even have what they call the "old model" light and I've seen a lot of people do some really good grows with those. Theres some here and other sites as well that are using them, and the price on the "old model" is really good right now.

Look at the leaves reaching up on mine right now. This is under a Mars II 400 watt model. This is a 3 week old Berry Bomb Auto.

I know nothing of the newer Mars but the older model and the reflector are great lights w/ 4 plants in 3 gal pots tops for your space ... LEDs need about 50 watts per sq' to grow, so something drawing (not rated for) 400-500 watts should be enough ... don't let the great prices on the Mars lights fool you ... My signature has an LED grow done w/ 50 watts / sq' ...

Hope you don't mind me tagging along im in a similar situation to yourself except I've bought the FAKE 1200w leds from China without knowing they were fake typical lol. I'm starting with Dutch passion auto xtream in a 2 X 2m tent going to be using my auto pots looking at starting in 2/3 weeks

I just have a cheap 300w LED from China come in a set with my tent I find it awesome take a look at my grow, my babies love it heard good thing about the mars hydro ll will buy one when the shipping us not $50 to the UK
