New Grower New to autos need help plz

Ok so is there anything Yu recommend I can buy or do to give my girls more nitrogen and thanks for all the fast responses guys and I'm going to mix some soil from a local nursery for my new seedling

no that is the exact wrong approach lol you have it backwards(and this is my fault for not explaining better I am sorry I just woke up) Your soil and plant have too MUCH N in it and that is causing the issues

If your soil is organic then it will be harder to fix the issue of over fertilization. Honestly that plant is pretty far gone, if it does recover the yield will suffer. The one on the left looks good though! IF it were me I would TRY to flush the every loving crap out of that soil, pour at least 3 times the volume of your pot with water. So if you have a one gallon pot run 3 gallons of water through it a 3 gallon pot would get 9 etc. Then just leave her be and let that soil dry out and see if those leaves don't perk back up, if they don't I would just let her go until I saw the trichromes the color where I wanted them and chop her down without too much worry about how much she will yield.

I'd say Advanced Nutrients and Fox farm nutrients are by far the most popular fertilizers you can use. I've used fox farm for years, it works really well. For soil just get something with no nutrients in it, a bag of peat and perlite is all you really need.

If you are going to grow in soil I recommend the easiest soil grow ever in lifes history, get you some Kind Soil(@Kindsoil) and some roots organic original, this is a WATER ONLY system of growing. Honestly it is probably the coolest thing I have seen in my over 10 years of growing. Do a little research and check out www.kindsoil.com then grab you some regular roots soil mix the two together and then just water with distilled water for the life of the plant. Basically a LOT of the staff here has been testing the kindsoil for a while and the results are in it is THE SHIT!

So if I buy a 5lb bag of kind soil will I need a 5lb bag of the roots soil or half that ?

Nope 1 bag of Kind Soil amends a 1.5 cubic foot bag of roots soil(which is about 20 lbs I think) I would check out @Eyes on Fire's kind soil review and just do what he does lol
