Grow Room New space picked out but have inquiries

Starting to build out my new grow space and have a question. I read that if you use white flat paint you should use a fungicide. Should this be added to the paint or used as a Preventative top coat. @archie gemmill @Mizzo81
She looks a bit homely but being over 30 years old and unlevel as hell she will shine

I work as a painter and I would say use something that's kitchen and baths or better yet use and exterior paint most of those will have mildew resistant and better against moisture

Yeah, flat white Kilz is probably the perfect solution. It's going to be awesome man, best of luck
