Change of plans from those listed I'm going to use 2- 1 1/2" 45 deg PVC elbow.. 1 on each bottom end on the box so I will have 4" fan on top and draw negative air from the bottom using the elbows I just picked up.. whatcha guys think??

Let me see if I'm understanding this correctly. Are you planning on stacking one tote on top of the other?
Regarding the soil, yes,
OF can be too hot for seedlings. Best if you start in the Happy Frog and move to the OF after they sex. Keep in mind that the feeding schedule is meant for photo plants. Autos have different requirements and generally don't need as much nutes as photo plants. That's why we always suggest starting at 1/4 strength and slowingly building up. Most strains won't tolerate must more than about 1/2 strength.

yes, my plan was to stack one tote on top of the other.. these are 2 - 25 gallon totes.. I was given 5 feminized LR#2 so was going to get started with those beans.. If they are fem'd already would I seed them in the Happy Frog in a party cup and then move them to OF after 2 weeks? Also As far as nutes go I read a write up on autoflowers which I believe was written up by you (thanks) if I am not mistaking it has a schedule in which I am going to work with as they are going to see how they react. thanks again Muddy
