She's getting close! try to focus on the calyxes, not sugar leaves, they tend to turn riper sooner, not a good measure...
it's really up to you about how ripe you want her to be at harvest... clear trich's = immature; cloudy = prime time; amber = past prime, THC degrading into CBN, which give a heaviness, sleepy effect to the high... I take my plants at under 15% amber, some next to none!
By harvest, there will still be some white pistils around, clear trich's, so pay no heed there, it's the overall ripeness you assess -
