first pic is a mutie plant, nothing you did... this is a more severe case than usual, the color break, distortion, weird growth,... some do OK, others perform poorly, so it's your call to keep or bin her....---> ah, later pic... it's correcting? She seems to be doing OK,..

thats a picture from a few days ago I have given Epsom salts and all the new growth seems ok green and healthy so see how she does she does not seem to be any or much size difference between her an sister

What's the lighting and what's the distance? Those jagged edges leaves are saying it's too much. In my experience indica likes half the light of a sativa and will burn easily.

It was under a 250 MH but I have switched to a sp 1000 quantum board it is pritty close I didn’t think it was burning the plant as it’s not that hot and I have constant fans an fresh air il post a pic let me know what you think I reckon it’s about 8inches

it's not about heat, it's about over-blasting them with photons mate! That Q board is way too close,... follow recommended distances by manufacturer, typically about 24"....

i have moved it now and I’ve given the lady’s a hair cut as it was so thick and bushy there was no light penetration.
